Registrations as of July 11,2025 - Introduction

If you notice someone missing from the list that you think is planning on coming, there are still about 5 folks who reserved hotel rooms but have not yet registered.  It would be helpful to us if you could contact them and remind them to please register.  Also, the hotel has let me know that a few cancellations have come in over the past few months since we sold out, so there are now a few rooms still available.  If you hear of anyone who was not able to get a room before we sold out, the hotel has said they will still honor the same group rate.  The catch is if they call the hotel directly, the new rate will be about $240 with tax.  To get the reduced rate, you need to let me know by emailing me at [email protected] & I can let the hotel know to give them the reduced rate.
